All Kids
Did You Know that Free Health Care
Coverage May Be Available For Your Children?
The ALL Kids-Children’s Health Insurance Program provides comprehensive health care
coverage to children and teens under 19 whose families meet certain eligibility
requirements. All Native American children and teens that are eligible for and enrolled
in ALL Kids receive coverage at no cost.
Using the Blue Cross Blue Shield preferred provider network, ALL Kids provides for
regular check-ups, sick child doctor visits, dental and vision care, prescription
coverage, hospitalization and many more benefits.

in English and Spanish can be downloaded and printed out. Applications can also
be picked up at your local county health department. For more information about
the program, answers to enrollment questions or to request an application, you may
